The condensation could be a build-up in the structural atmosphere and maybe moved by convection to outer surfaces and then condense on a cold surface.

To solve this problem, the principle of psychometrics can be used. This is done by increasing the aspiration of the airflow in the structure. In other words, a complete mixing of the air to dissolve the humid air with the less humid air and then distributing it efficiently throughout the structure will do away with cold spots or condensation spots. This means that improving air flow throughout the structure while using a ventless heater will help in eliminating potential side effects of condensation.

Allowing turbulent air to directly hit the ventless gas unit will affect its ability to properly burn its fuel. Recirculation of air by the use of ceiling fans away from the unit or using the blower on the central furnace can bring better results.
